What do people ask us?
How much will it cost me?
Using Skildo is completely free for customers. No signup fees, no posting fees. You only pay the worker for the actual job.
How fast will a worker get back to me?
Most offers arrive within a few hours of posting. Sometimes it can be just a few minutes. Right now worker response is fastest in Prague 7 and 8.
How do I know if a worker is good?
Every worker has a public profile with ratings from past customers. You can see how many jobs they've done, how quickly they respond, and how others rate them.
How do I pay for the work?
You pay the worker directly, however you agree — cash, card, or bank transfer. Skildo doesn't take a cent from your payment.
Where does Skildo work?
We're starting in Prague, where worker response is fastest. We'll gradually expand Skildo to other towns and cities too. You can already post a job anywhere in the Czech Republic — just note that worker responses outside Prague may be slower for now.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We hope it won't come to that — that's why we vet every worker and use a rating system. If it does, the complaint needs to be sorted out directly with the worker. But if you can't reach an agreement, let us know — we'll help mediate. Repeat problems we deal with without exception.
